That is why we have made this our mission – InUnity works towards empowering the youth with an entrepreneurial mindset and provides them the resources to build sustainable, prosperous and value driven communities.

How we nurture entrepreneurial mindset!?
Create an Environment for Innovation
Creating an environment that encourages creativity and innovation is essential to promote innovative thinking in students. We provide a physical space for students to explore and express their ideas. We encourage collaboration and provide access to tools and resources that allow students to experiment and explore while applying design thinking principles.
Impart Problem Solving Skills
At InUnity we believe, every student has the ability to think uniquely. We help students take off their standard lens of the world, where problems are opportunities to test their ability to solve, build and rethink circumstances. We help them understand the various approaches to problem solving, by helping them see the problem in all its rawness by connecting with stakeholders and finally to propose solutions that is unique to the context of the problem and the people’s needs.
Support Risk-Taking
We encourage students to take risks and challenge themselves. We do this by introducing them to real world problems, where their decisions have consequences, promoting them to deep dive into community issues and get to the root of the problems. Field visits and stakeholder interviews help students strengthen their ability to navigate uncertain situations and develop their self efficacy to take on risky endeavours early on in their student lives.

By nurturing students on entrepreneurship cohorts, we can make a difference in their lives and provide them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the business world.
